WORLD PARANORMAL ORGANIZATION LEVELS
A Brief Description of Levels
Energy Healer Levels:
Arch 1 – Beginner or low level Energy Healers. Hands-on healing; healing may be temporary; and can usually provide short-term pain relief and relaxation or stress relief.
Arch 2 – Intermediate Energy Healers. Can provide pain relief; re-establish energy flow and some circulation; stress relief; chakra balancing; distant healing. Arch 2 Healers can be either Hands-on or Hands-off.
Arch 3 – Advanced Energy Healers. Each individual is unique and may have one or more specialties. Each practitioner must be able to easily accomplish Arch 2 level abilities as we as: do a health scan and provide client and their medical doctor, if applicable, with a chart pinpointing imbalances; work with medical staff, if applicable, and their recommendations; accomplish subtle body clearing and balancing. Arch 3 will also include at least one Reader Level IV skill.
Reader Levels:
Reader Level I — Those who are able to Perceive positive and negative energy and can Sense lying/deception.
Reader Level II — Includes Level I plus: light psychometry; can Sense non-physical beings in their space (rarely with details).
Reader Level III — Includes Levels I & II plus: ability for at least Arch 1 level energy healing.
Reader Level IV - Includes Levels I, II & III plus: energy manipulation and will include one or more of the following:

Ability to See/Sense non-physical beings with some details and communicate with same

Channeling higher beings

Ability to Sense/Know others abilities potential

Seeing paranormal energy manipulation and the ability to trace the stronger energy signatures

Trace imbalances back to the initiating accident, event, or incident.
Reader Level V — Most of all the Levels plus: able to trace the weaker energy manipulation signatures. Usually Vs work at WPO as investigators, researchers, or instructors or they police WPO certified members.

Following the investigation into World Paranormal Organization's Administration, the Level descriptions for abilities have been changed/updated. The new listing is below.
Energy Worker Levels
Level 1 – Beginner. Can perceive positive and negative energy, including Sensing lying and/or deceit. Has little or low consistency and control or ability.
Level 2 – Intermediate. Has a 50-70% consistency rate using their primary ability; can sense non-physical beings in their space (rarely with details). May also have a rudimentary or Level 1 skill in additional abilities.
Level 3 – Advanced. Usually has at least one Arch 1 energy healing technique/modality/ability, but is not mandatory. Has an 80-89% consistency rate in their primary ability/abilities.
Level 4 – Mastery. Level 4’s can include one or more mastered abilities with 90-99% consistency in their primary ability/abilities. Only Level 4’s may work for the World Paranormal Organization’s Investigation and Enforcement Agency (formerly the WPO Police) as an agent, if their talent/ability qualifies.
Energy Healer Levels
Arch 1 – Beginner. Healing may be temporary; can usually provide short-term pain relief and relaxation or stress relief. Uses one or two techniques and/or modalities. Low consistency rate.
Arch 2 – Intermediate. Can provide pain relief; re-establish energy flow and some circulation; stress relief; and distant healing. Consistency rate can be as high as 85%.
Arch 3 – Advanced. Healer must be able to easily accomplish Arch 2 level as well as: do a health scan and provide client and their medical doctor, if applicable, with a chart pinpointing imbalances. Has at least one Level from Energy Workers category. Consistency rate is 86-89%.
Arch 4 – Mastery. Healer has a consistency rate of 90-99%. At the Mastery Level, the Energy Healer has channeling abilities to work with non-physical healing teams; also works closely with medical staff, if applicable, and their recommendations.
Channelers
Tier 1 – Beginner. Is working on strengthening their ability to “Hear” or “Know” accurate information through non-physical senses and to translate it. Is often paired with a higher Tier while learning. Is not yet able to sustain the connection and may have a low accuracy rate.
Tier 2 – Intermediate. Up to consistent 50% accuracy rate in information received, translated and shared. Can maintain communication longer. Can begin to switch back and forth more comfortably from channeling, holding connection and communicating with the physical at the same time.
Tier 3 – Advanced. Consistent 51%- 89% accuracy and is able to maintain connection for communication with ease, is well versed in own symbolism and translations, and can channel information from Other as well as hold a conversation in the physical at same time.
Tier 4 – Mastery. Consistent 90-100% accuracy, as well as mastery of Tiers 1-3.
